Key Responsibilities:
- Support the on-ground rollout of our two flagship programs in MH schools, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Build strong relationships with teachers, school leaders, and district and state government officials to drive adoption and ownership.
- Train field staff and school teams on program use and provide ongoing implementation support.
- Track usage and outcomes, analyze data to generate insights, and share regular updates with internal teams.
- Collaborate with product, content, and central teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and document progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in education, development, or management is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in program implementation, education, or government partnerships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with government functionaries.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills; familiarity with dashboards and monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi is also required.
- Willingness to travel within state and occasionally out of state.
