Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute large-scale academic transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Lead mixed-method research and evaluations, including classroom observations, field studies, and assessments.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of academic and program data to generate insights and shape strategy.
  • Manage academic quality across program components such as teacher training, content design, and remedial instruction.
  • Supervise and mentor a multi-functional team of academic associates, researchers, and field staff.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders, representing ConveGenius at review meetings, workshops, and policy forums.
  • Stay updated on developments in education policy (e.g., NEP 2020, NIPUN Bharat) and align program efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and implementation teams to ensure integration of academic insights into the broader delivery ecosystem.
  • Regularly travel to state and district locations to monitor program quality and capture ground-level feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in the development sector, preferably in education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Prior experience in research, data analysis, or monitoring and evaluation will be an advantage.
